The Louis Riel School Division (LRSD) is located in southeast Winnipeg, and includes both St. Vital and St. Boniface. Bordered by the Red River to the west and the Seine River to the east, the LRSD community offers many parks, trails, community centres, and playgrounds in safe neighbourhoods. LRSD is in close proximity to many universities and post-secondary institutions. LRSD is a public school division that welcomes international students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 to its community, and appreciates the diverse perspectives they bring to schools and classrooms. Mountain View School Division consists of seven communities located in the heart of Manitoba’s Parkland Region, which is known for its abundance of natural spaces and beautiful scenery between the Riding Mountain National Park and the Duck Mountain Provincial Park. We take great pride in offering high quality educational programming within a safe, caring environment at each of our sixteen schools. International students have a variety of options to choose from: to study and receive credit for courses taken, graduate with a Grade 12 Diploma, or participate in a short-term cultural and language development program. Pembina Trails is pleased to consider applications for students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. The minimum age of students for our Homestay Program is 12 years. Students younger than 12 years of age must live with a parent or an immediate family member who will assume custodianship of them. High school graduation is available to our international students and our diploma is recognized across Canada and around the world. Courses are available in the areas of English Language Arts, English as a Second Language, Science, Social Sciences, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Education, Physical Education, Other Languages (French, Spanish and Japanese), Fine Arts (Dance, Theater, Music, Art, Video Production), Technology and Industrial Arts and much more. Study Manitoba School Division offers students the opportunity to enroll schools across Southwestern Manitoba. Our schools teach students ages 5 to 19 from Kindergarten to Grade 12.
